Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers fees paid for on-site assessments, hardware reviews, remote consultations, and farm cable audits provided by Workspace Ashpath Mining Review Co., Ltd.

Deposit and Booking

On-site services require a 30% deposit to confirm dates. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled visit start date, except where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control (see Exceptions).

Full Refund Eligibility

You may receive a full refund of fees paid (including deposit) if:

• We cancel the scheduled service for reasons within our control
• We fail to deliver the agreed report within the quoted timeframe plus 5 business days, and you choose to cancel rather than wait
• You cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled on-site visit start date

Partial Refund

If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before a scheduled on-site visit, we refund 50% of the deposit. The remaining 50% covers scheduling and preparation time.

Non-Refundable Items

• Deposits for cancellations within 7 days of the visit (unless an exception applies)
• Rush report delivery fees once rush processing has begun
• Travel surcharges if our team has already departed for your site
• Completed single-unit hardware reviews once the bench test has started
• Remote consultation sessions once the video call has taken place

Work Already Started

If an on-site assessment has begun (day one completed), no refund is available for that visit. If you terminate a multi-day audit after day one, fees for completed days and travel are non-refundable; remaining scheduled days may be rescheduled.

Purchased Materials

We do not sell physical products. If we procure trays or labels on your behalf as a convenience, those third-party costs are non-refundable once ordered.

No-Shows

If our team arrives at your site and access is denied without prior notice, the full service fee is due and no refund is issued.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested more than 7 days before the visit. Additional reschedules incur a ₩95,000 administrative fee.

Refund Process

Submit refund requests to info@workspace-ashpath.click with your quote reference and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation by Either Party

We may cancel due to unsafe site conditions, severe weather affecting travel, or staff illness. In such cases, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
