Actions taken: Repositioned three tray sections, extended two PDU feeds, implemented a colour-coded label scheme across all rows.
Outcome: Post-remediation thermal imaging showed a 3°C drop at cable exit points. The farm completed expansion without a second shutdown for cable work.
Project Summary: Daejeon Immersion Pilot
A six-tank immersion pilot in Daejeon experienced intermittent hash rate drops traced to network patch strain. The full cable audit mapped cooling line crossings that had pushed patch cables against sharp tray edges.
Actions taken: Rerouted network runs to a dedicated horizontal tray above the tanks, separated from coolant return lines.
Outcome: Hash rate stability returned to baseline within 48 hours of remediation. The farm scheduled a phased audit for their planned forty-rack build-out.
